Edison Association Management 9.0.2

The Edison Association Management Homeowner and Board App offers a convenient mobile interface for engaging with your community association. Users can execute payments, review account details, and access community information within a streamlined platform.

Existing users with login credentials for the association website can sign in to the app using their registered email address and password. New users without current login details can register by clicking the register button and submitting their information. Upon approval, they will receive an email with a link to set their password, enabling direct access to the app.

If you have already registered but have forgotten your password, select the 'Forgot Password' option, enter your email address, and request a reset. An email will be sent with a link to create a new password. Afterward, users can log in using their email and the newly set password.

Once authenticated, homeowners can access various features, including:

• Easily managing multiple properties through account switching
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Viewing association documents
• Accessing community directories and photos
• Utilizing the Contact Us page
• Making assessment payments
• Reviewing and commenting on violations, with photo uploads directly from mobile devices
• Submitting Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with photo and attachment uploads
• Viewing homeowner ledger
• Submitting and tracking work orders, adding comments and images as needed

Board members have access to additional functionalities pertinent to their governance roles, including:
